The Gerald T. Parmeter Memorial Park is operated by the Cazadero Community Services District. Named in honor of local Gold Star Vietnam veteran Sergeant Gerald Thomas Parmeter, the park features a playground and open recreational space lovingly cared for by the community.
Recognized by the CAPRI “PARK Award,” a commemorative plaque now greets visitors and the park also holds a special place in local history: it was officially dedicated during Cazadero Hometown Day celebrations, becoming a focal point for the community’s shared remembrance.
